Ms. Gabby

Director, Lead Therapist

As an Afro-Caribbean woman, I realized that my community has limited mental health resources, including self-care support and education. I founded Gabby Cares of South Florida, to bridge this gap in hopes of improving mental health outcomes and increasing life management skills within under served communities.

I welcome you to create a space were you can re-connect and discover your optimal self. Through exploration, we can work together to restore or discover a normal state of peace and self-identity.

“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced”
