Frequently Asked Questions

Our team of experienced therapists is here to provide answers and support. Here are some frequently asked questions to help you understand our services and how we can help you on your journey to mental well-being.

  1. How much are therapy sessions?
Private pay ranges from $65-150. In person session rates start at $200 per hour. Please review the bio of your desired therapist for accurate pricing.

  2. Can I call to schedule an appointment or if I have questions?
Gabby Cares is 100% virtual which means we handle all questions and scheduling via email. When in office, our therapists are with clients and may not be able to answer the phone. However, once you get started with your therapist, you will have his or her direct contact number.

  3. Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We accept BCBS FL, United Healthcare, Optum, Florida Medicaid, Cigna, Oxford Health Plans and Aetna. Due to the uncertainty of insurance, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider to ensure we are in your network and to get information on any deductible and/or co-pay. Please complete a new client request so we can check your benefits.

  4. Do you offer couples therapy?
Yes we offer couples, relationship and business partner support services.

  5. Do you offer therapy services for minors?

  7. How long are the sessions?

Please communicate with your therapist should you be late to your appointment. Log into the client portal to reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.

  11. What is your cancellation policy?
You are responsible for canceling your scheduled appointments 24-48 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. All late cancellations and no-shows will be charged full session price.
