As a clinical therapist, I’ve been trained in various disciplines in the field of mental health. I have an educational background in Marriage and Family Therapy and specialize in Infant and Maternal Mental Health. I have been effective in helping clients navigate through life by building social and coping skills.

My professional mission has always been centered around helping people and improving their quality of life. Before beginning my journey in mental health counseling, I spent more than 16 years working in medical aesthetics and the wellness industry. Throughout my career, I had the privilege of helping people not only care for their appearance but also build confidence, strengthen self-esteem, and feel more comfortable and balanced in their lives.

From Miami Gardens with a passion for supporting individuals through stress, identity, relationships, family dynamics, and personal growth. With a background in crisis intervention, child welfare, and medical social work, she brings a well-rounded and compassionate perspective to her practice. Brenay’s approach is warm, reassuring, and rooted in integrity—creating a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. She is dedicated to helping individuals build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and move forward with clarity, one day at a time.

For over 25 years, I have been an advocate for women who have survived domestic violence, trauma, and sexual assault.

Stephanie is a graduate student at Nova Southeastern University pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As a first-generation Cuban American, she value cultural identity, resilience, and representation in mental health care. Her approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and strengths-based, creating a safe and supportive environment for healing. Passionate about working with children, adolescents, and families, Stephanie focuses on helping clients navigate challenges, build coping skills, and take ownership of their personal growth.

Christina has worked in digital marketing for more than 10 years and has a talent for building brands through integrated strategies, including social media, advertising, website development, email marketing, traditional marketing collateral, and other ways to grow the brand.

Kendra Auguste-Vincent provides administrative guidance and assists with the strategic growth and planning of Gabby Cares of South Florida. She has an extensive background in public health and marketing and is a lead consultant at Augere Consulting Group (ACG), a public health consultancy firm that works with healthcare and community organizations to provide continuous support services, marketing strategy, education, and training. ACG works with nonprofit, private, public organizations to identify critical public health needs in their service area, develop solutions that address these needs, and effectively reach and service their target audience. Through her work she contributes to improving the health and well-being of individuals and communities across Florida. 

Mental health is close to my heart because of my own struggles and those of people close to me. I chose to go into this field through content creation because I know there is no health without mental health. I believe that well-being is our birthright and we all deserve to be mentally healthy and happy.

I genuinely care about people so every piece of content I create for Gabby Cares is birthed from compassion and empathy. I'm also particular about spreading FACTUAL information wrapped up in inspiration and encouragement. Mental health conversations need more sunlight and that's what I bring. My experience spans 7+ years in social media management, I have a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication (Summa Cum Laude) and a diploma in Counseling Psychology.
